TESTING SERVICES

Implementation of acceptance testing processes in a big Ukrainian telecom company. This project included analysis of a range of billing systems, the design of a testing strategy and testing documentation for all systems, the set-up of a testing environment, and the provision of testing services for the customer.

CRM SYSTEM

Implementation of the CRM system (back-end and front-end) for a Ukrainian telecom company. The main goals of this project were to develop new functionality, optimize the system’s source code, and make it faster and user-friendly. During the project, development and testing environments were created and configured, and synchronization with the production environment was automated.
